Global fund teams are already on the ground supporting emergency relief activities.
You can help, too.
ABOUT
Hefty flooding, which has destroyed thousands of homes, affected 15 of 26 provinces in the DRC. Schools, health facilities, and crop fields have also been damaged, worsening the plight of vulnerable communities. Despite challenges, humanitarians are assessing the damage and the most pressing needs of affected communities, including food, water, shelter, and health care.
This disaster comes on top of the substantial humanitarian challenges many people in the DRC already face, including conflicts, displacement, epidemics, food insecurity, and malnutrition.
Your contributions will go to the DRC Humanitarian Fund, the most efficient way to support humanitarian action in the country directly.
