Empathy in Action changes the hearts and minds of all its participants, both inside and outside the system. In learning about each other, we learn about ourselves and broaden our understanding of what it is to be human. Thanks to all of you in the program for your forthcoming sharing, your trust and your caring.

This is one of the most powerful experiences I've ever been a part of -- profound change is transpiring inside and out! 

Hammerstone School is not just a learning experience. It is an investment into your present and future that continues to give. My class time has brought both hands-on joy and confidence, both of which are things that can't have a $ figure attached to them. Don't hesitate! Get to Hammerstone and dive in! (with safely goggles on, of course...)

I believe in the organizing work ROC-DC does among restaurant workers and I am deeply grateful. We need to support restaurant workers!

YWE is exactly what I hope to see more of in the world! Empowering young women with education and resources to escape poverty and violence. Education and mentorship are really the only ways that is accomplished. 

I gave because wedu is one of the platforms to build up my career ladder. 

My regular donation is re-investment in education for potential women leaders including me.

Growing up I had a genuine curiosity for tech and sciences, but felt it could never be a career for me. I think back and wonder if it was because I never saw someone like me in those careers or were exposed to such opportunities when I was younger. Girls Who Code is opening the door for so many girls and I am so excited for what our future holds. #womenshistorymonth
