Wedu supports women leaders in Asia through mentorship, leadership development, and financial support. 

**Wedu** is a not-for-profit social enterprise on a mission to nurture the next generation of women leaders in Asia. Founded in 2012, Wedu was born out of a desire to address the vast gender leadership gap that persists globally—and is especially stark in Asia, where it is projected to take 189 years to reach full gender parity, compared to the global average of 131 years. Wedu envisions "a world where half of all leaders are women," and works toward this by removing barriers to leadership and enabling women to rise through access to community, capital, and capability.

**HISTORY AND MISSION**

Wedu began with a fundamental insight: that the barriers to women’s leadership are not solely external, but deeply internalized, often rooted in cultural, familial, and social expectations. Over more than a decade, Wedu has developed a community-centered model that supports women at various stages of their leadership journeys—whether they are just discovering their potential or advancing complex career or civic goals.

Wedu’s consolidated mission is to empower women leaders through:

**PROGRAMMES**

Wedu’s approach is both high-touch and scalable, combining personalized mentorship with technology-enabled leadership learning.

**Global Mentorship Programme**

This flagship program has supported over 1,500 women leaders (Rising Stars) with guidance from more than 1,700 mentors across the world. These mentorships focus on self-awareness, goal setting, network expansion, and resilience. Since inception, Wedu has facilitated over 90,000 hours of mentorship and more than 2,400 mentorship matches. As of 2024, 76% of participants say they attribute the successes on their leadership journey to the support they received from Wedu​.

**Introduction to Leadership (ITL) Course**

Wedu’s self-paced ITL course strengthens self-awareness, goal clarity, and agency—particularly among women who face structural and cultural barriers to leadership. Informed by over a decade of programming and global research, the course is contextualized for Asian women and integrates self-reflection, identity formation, and leadership development. By 2025, Wedu aims to reach 25,000 women with multilingual and multimodal versions of this course, scaling up to one million women by 2030 in partnership with The Agency Fund​.

**Income Sharing Agreement (ISA) Programme**

Through its innovative Income Sharing Agreement (ISA) model, Wedu enables women to finance their university education and leadership development without upfront costs. This model aligns repayment with income, ensuring financial flexibility and minimizing risk for the individual. As of 2024, Wedu brought this ISA program fully in-house, increasing operational efficiency and sustainability​

**Women’s Leadership Academy (WLA)**

Wedu has been a key partner in regional programs like the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) Women’s Leadership Academy. Through mentorship and community-building, this initiative fosters strategic leadership among emerging changemakers across ASEAN.

**IMPACT AND REACH**

Wedu’s programs have demonstrated measurable impact:

- 75% of mentees report an increased sense of self-belief and confidence in expanding their leadership networks.
- Participants have achieved key milestones including career promotions, launching social ventures, and civic engagement.
- Wedu’s community spans over 30 countries, with a growing digital ecosystem and partnerships across the education, tech, and development sectors.
- Wedu aligns its impact with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), SDG 4 (Quality Education), and SDG 5 (Gender Equality), where the highest concentration of community engagement and initiatives are represented.

**ORGANIZATIONAL GROWTH AND FUTURE PLANS**

In 2022, Wedu commissioned Bain & Company to conduct a Geographic Expansion Study, assessing market attractiveness and Wedu’s ability to succeed across prospective countries. Based on this analysis, priority countries for expansion—where both factors ranked high—include India, Bangladesh, the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand. Cambodia, Myanmar, and Nepal were identified for selective expansion. Wedu is now acting on these recommendations by doubling down on our focus in South and Southeast Asia.

In response to major social, political, and economic shifts across South and Southeast Asia, Wedu has identified three concurrent crises affecting women leaders in the region: the Climate Crisis, the Care Economy, and persistent barriers to Economic Empowerment. To ensure our programmes remain relevant and responsive, our External Strategic Priorities for 2025–2027 are focused on directly addressing these challenges. By 2027, we aim to enable 1,000 women leaders to drive climate-resilient solutions; shift how society and women leaders view unpaid care work, recognizing it as a critical factor in advancing women’s leadership; and enhance the economic empowerment of 1,000 women leaders, particularly those leading Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), through capacity-building, education financing, strategic partnerships, and community support.

Wedu will continue to challenge both structural exclusions and internalized limitations faced by women. By integrating self-reflective leadership learning with long-term community and capital support, Wedu aims not just to close the gender gap—but to redefine leadership itself.

The Kofi Annan Foundation is an independent not-for-profit organization, established in Switzerland in 2007 by the late former UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan. Our Board comprises prominent personalities from the public and private sectors, and we have a small, agile team based in Geneva, Switzerland.

1) Youth + Peace: Empowering youth to build a peaceful and sustainable future

Young people are key to challenging exclusion and injustice and should be at the forefront of global change and innovation. At the Kofi Annan Foundation, we facilitate youth engagement, ensure that their voices are heard and support their efforts towards peace and development. Convinced of the central role of young people in addressing today's most pressing challenges, the Kofi Annan Foundation facilitates their engagement, ensures that their voices are heard, and supports their efforts towards peace and development. We achieve this by working through projects such as the following examples:

•	Kofi Annan Changemakers: An Intergenerational Dialogue for Impact: Across a 12-month programme, the chosen young leaders, who have already demonstrated commitment and impact in their respective fields, interact with leaders from the high-level network of Kofi Annan and the Kofi Annan Foundation, searching for ways to build their capacity for positive action.

•	Extremely Together: Empowering young people to build peace and prevent extremism: Extremely Together brings together young leaders to foster peace and social cohesion through youth-led initiatives in regions including South and Southeast Asia, East Africa and the Sahel. Launched in 2016 by the Kofi Annan Foundation, the initiative’s global network of 10 founding members and country chapters responds to the increasing threat of recruitment and narratives of violent extremist groups. By using a peer-to-peer approach, the youth-led initiative acts upon the gap in international and national efforts aimed at preventing violent extremism (PVE), where young people are understood as a threat to security rather than enablers of peace. Extremely Together aims to give young people worldwide a sense of identity and purpose and help them work for positive change and peace in their communities. By equipping young people with tools and knowledge as well as reinforcing alternative narratives and positive values of ‘togetherness’, Extremely Together seeks to enable youth to engage and play a leading role in peace and PVE at local, regional, and international fora.

2) Elections + Democracy: Turning back the tide of democratic erosion

Kofi Annan, a tireless defender of democracy, believed it to be the cornerstone of peace, sustainable development, the rule of law, and the respect for human rights. Inspired by his vision, our programme advises countries on strengthening their elections and democratic processes. We support civil society organizations championing democracy and human rights while nurturing the next generation of influential leaders who will shape a more democratic future. We achieve this by working through projects such as the following, this not an exhaustive list of how we engage to support elections and democracy:

•	WYDE Civic Engagement – Accountability Hubs: Strengthening accountability and transparency in governance: WYDE Civic Engagement Accountability Hubs brings together young leaders from across Sub-Saharan Africa in a comprehensive training and networking program to enhance their skills in good governance and democratic leadership, financial and political accountability, project management and advocacy, and to develop their own projects (“pilot actions”) to put their ideas into practice in their countries and communities with dedicated seed grants. Over the project period of 2022-2026, a total of 40 young leaders (between 20 and 35 years) experienced in working on accountability and youth empowerment in Sub-Saharan Africa will be selected for this unique training opportunity through a competitive process.

•	Electoral Integrity Initiative:  Addressing electoral challenges The Electoral Integrity Initiative is committed to fortifying democratic processes worldwide. Through collaborative efforts with experts and organizations, we aim to ensure transparency, uphold democratic values, and address political challenges hindering fair elections. Launched in 2013, the Electoral Integrity Initiative (EII) is an informal hub for global organizations and individuals addressing electoral challenges. A group of individuals from around the world and from organizations with expertise and experience in improving electoral integrity make up the steering group for the project. Membership of the group is by invitation. 

•	Leadership Excellence in Politics (LEiP): Rebuilding Trust in Political Leadership Politicians’ actions and decisions impact us all, yet the role of a political leader is often undefined and unsupported. Without attention, training and research, passionate well-meaning political leaders may be set up to fail.The Apolitical Foundation, Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP), Kofi Annan Foundation, and NexusVesting have joined forces to launch an initiative to bridge the gap between what we know about effective and ethical political leadership, citizens’ expectations, and political leaders’ actions. LEiP seeks to understand the gap between what citizens expect from their leaders and what their leaders do, and to find solutions to reduce this gap. Together with our partners, we will run political leadership training, coordinate research and launch advocacy campaigns.

3) Multilateralism: The Kofi Annan Way

We advocate for a more effective, inclusive and equitable multilateral system. Our engagements aim to build greater awareness of the strategies, policies, values, and approaches that allowed Kofi Annan to promote multilateral solutions to global problems, and of their relevance to today’s challenges. We do this through special projects and initiatives such as op-eds, lectures, awards, and exhibitions that commemorate Kofi Annan’s life or are named after him, and that convey his values and sustain his influence on contemporary events. We achieve this by working through projects such as the following examples:

•	The Kofi Annan Commission on Food Security: Reimagining Global Governance. Kofi Annan referred to the lack of food security for almost one billion people as an ‘unconscionable moral failing,’ and ‘a major halt on overall socio-economic development. As both the climate and food crises continue to grow, the Kofi Annan Commission on Food Security aims to bring urgent answers in the form of a reenergized global governance structure to the persistent challenge of food insecurity.

•	Safeguarding a Legacy: Kofi Annan Legacy Projects. As was the wish of Kofi Annan and the Annan family, the Kofi Annan Foundation is committed to protecting the legacy of Kofi Annan in addition to honouring and promoting his values. The Foundation holds the rights to the name “Kofi Annan” to ensure that the use of the name is aligned with the values that Kofi Annan stands for.

Neuromatch is democratizing science by creating opportunities in education, networking, and scientific communication. 

Neuromatch enables more people to participate in scientific research by overcoming barriers in the form of education, social networks, and accessibility of science communication. 

Specifically, we find innovative new ways to allow collaborative access in these areas by enabling groups of scientists to work together to make these platforms as public goods that can scale up to be used by many. 

Our Academy provides live instruction, open source education that is contributed to by hundreds of researchers to provide always affordable education to people around the world. We are active in 15 different countries and teach undergraduate and PhD level science in 20 different languages. 

Our Community program creates online-first scientific conferences and community events that focus on human interaction, allowing us to leverage the equitable nature of online work without significant sacrifices in the networking and connection aspect of these events. 

The NMDA program provides researchers with real on the job experience in internships, job matching, and career guidance. 

Our large buy in to these communities we serve provides us the ability to conquer problems in science dependent on large network effects, such as issues in academic publishing, job matching, and large research collaborations.

**WOMEN AT THE TABLE** is the first organization to focus on systems change by helping feminists gain influence in sectors that have key structural impact: the economy, democracy and governance, technology and sustainability. As a pioneering think tank, we don’t just analyze feminist AI, we actively construct it. 

Our mission is to forge technology that eradicates bias and elevates gender equity.

We work to ensure that the data machines ‘learn’ from reflects the world we want to live in. Because this data is used to create the algorithms that decide what matters, who will be hired, which resources will be allocated…

But today’s data is implicitly biased against women and marginalized groups. It defines yesterday, not tomorrow. That means the ‘rules’ we will live by for years to come are being written to reinforce the way things were.

Advocates for justice - we are a legal NGO, set up in 1952, working to promote and protect human rights through the rule of law.

The legal teams at the ICJ are supported by 60 Commissioners, who are expert judges, lawyers and academics from all legal traditions. They are selected for their experience, knowledge and fundamental commitment to human rights. They provide pro bono support, using their unique legal expertise and access to ensure that people everywhere benfit equally from the rule of law and human rights, and if those rights are violated, they can seek and receive adequate remedies from courts that are independent, impartial, fair, and effective. We work around the world, but focus on countries where human rights and the rule of law are most at risk. Over the past 70 year, our work has benefited the lives of millions of people.

Millions of people have been touched by our storytelling and reached by our activism and resources. Jennifer Siebel Newsom founded The Representation Project in 2011 with her groundbreaking film *Miss Representation*, igniting a national conversation about sexism in the media. *The Mask You Live In*, Jennifer’s second documentary, showcased how harmful American masculinity can be for boys and young men. Her latest films-- *Great American Lie* (2019) and *Fair Play* (2022), tackled inequality in the American Dream and in the division of care and domestic work in households, respectively.  

These documentaries on limiting gender narratives have been viewed nearly 30 million times, with our film curricula changing the lives of over 2 million students. Siebel Newsom’s prescience has born true: that storytelling opens hearts and minds like nothing else, shifting attitudes and behaviors. This is culture transformation at its best and creates a more equitable world where everyone can reach their full potential.

**Why Its Urgent**

Gender stereotypes are a public health crisis. Two-thirds of young women have disordered eating. One-in-three girls have seriously considered suicide, up significantly from a decade ago. Boys who hold traditional ideas about masculinity are significantly more likely to bully and harass others, and to suffer from depression and suicidal ideation.

The dangers to our youth link back to harmful messages. For girls, these stereotypes form the root cause of body hatred and shame, eating disorders, depression, low self-esteem and low leadership ambition. For boys, they are the primary driver of depression, dangerous risk-taking activities, substance abuse, suicide and violence. By getting in front of the message, we can change the outcome.

**How We Do It**

- We raise awareness through films— viewed over 30 million times worldwide.
- We educate students through our curricula, which has reached over 2.4 million students.
- We amplify the impact of our film and educational materials through hashtag campaigns (e.g., #AskHerMore, #NotBuyingIt, #EndRape, #RespectHerGame) that have reached 588 million people.

Together, we are bending the long arc of history toward intersectional gender justice. This is a person-by-person and community movement.

The Representation Project

Founded in 1995, the AWC Scholarship Program provides rural, low income Thai girls with scholarships to complete high school.

The AWC Scholarship Program awards scholarships annually to female high school students in 28 schools across 21 provinces in central and northern Thailand. In the 2024-25 school year, our donors sponsored 315 students.

Each $195 USD scholarship allows a student to pay the extra, mandatory costs of high school that are not covered by the government (books, uniforms, supplies, meals and transportation). These costs can be prohibitive to low income families and often girls have to leave school because their families cannot pay them.

Eligibility criteria for young women in grades 10-12 (M4-M6) are good academic performance (> 2.5GPA), a low family income, good behavior and a commitment to education while building a sustainable community. ​

Our students consistently greet us with enthusiasm, appreciation and, best of all, huge smiles. In each school, we meet with staff and students, host book and English clubs and have fun interacting with our students. On our last visit, the girls did their best to teach us Thai dancing.

ESRI provides comprehensive, free preschool for thousands of children in Ethiopia and an  income generation program for Mothers.


*ESRI is a high quality, comprehensive, preschool program for disadvantaged Ethiopian children which gives them the tools to succeed at school.*  The *ESRI Mothers Empowerment Program provides vocational training for selected mothers and helps them establish businesses. The cost to support each mother is $350.*                                                                                                                   In addition to a full classroom cognitive learning program, ESRI's comprehensive program includes continuing teacher education, evaluation of children's progress, parenting education, social services, and access to physical and behavioral health services for the children and families..
Since inception in 2007 ESRI has opened 113 pre-schools in 8 Regions throughout Ethiopia including rural areas   Over 70,000 students have benefited from an ESRI preschool education. ESRI partners with the Regional Boards of Education to implement the program. The ESRI program includes a 3-year curriculum, intensive teacher training and rigorous quality control. Behavioral management and health screening with referrals as needed and a parenting education program are also part of the ESRI comprehensive program. ESRI has trained over 2,500 preschool teachers and primary caregivers of children.
Ethiopian children enter first grade at age 7, unprepared to learn. Many fall behind quickly, lose interest, and by the end of the first grade 25% have dropped out of school. Over 50% drop out by the end of fourth grade. The data indicates that the children who drop out are the children who fall behind.
The Mother’s Empowerment Program is an integral and vital part of ESRI’s Comprehensive program. Selected Mothers in each of the 8 Regions attend training in their chosen fields. When the mothers complete their training, they receive materials so they can set up businesses. Past business includes commercial poultry, tailoring, injera baking and restaurants.
ESRI  arranges mentoring for the mothers as they establish their chosen business.
Mothers who have participated in this ESRI program report the impact on their lives includes decreased stress and increased self-esteem for themselves and better nutrition, improved housing, and a path out of poverty and a sense of hope for the future for the entire family.
ESRI’s expansion into the Regions of Ethiopia requires more preschool teachers. in the regions. To address this issue and to ensure the quality of preschool teachers for the future, ESRI has partnered with two universities in Ethiopia to develop new 3-year college training program for pre-school teachers.   This program is currently offered in 2 Universities in 2 Regions of Ethiopia.  As this program expands to additional universities, it will improve the quality of preschool education throughout the Country.

Our mission is to help pregnant people take control of their healthcare and futures by dismantling medicalized control of abortion and encouraging a world where abortion pills are over the counter.

We simplify access to care for patients by funding virtual abortion providers and clinics, individuals accessing telehealth abortions, and reimbursing local funds for telehealth abortion care, allowing them to focus their resources on people seeking procedural abortions in their communities.

In addition to direct funding, we partner with organizations doing research and other activism to increase access to abortions.

Our core aims are:

Kosmicare is a Portuguese non-profit organization dedicated to harm reduction services that prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of people who use drugs and their communities.

We:
(o) offer evidence-based services tailored to promote health, safety, and inclusivity for people who use drugs
(o) create safer, educational spaces within nightlife environments to promote informed decision-making and support
(o) conduct pivotal research on drug use to advocate for evidence-based practices and policies
(o) evaluate interventions and advocate for the rights of people who use drugs and their communities.

We're focused on addressing gender-specific needs and the intersectionality of drug use and racial inequality, ensuring our interventions are inclusive and rooted in social justice.

Additionally, we aim to influence policy-makers and economic agents involved in drug regulation, nightlife, and urban policy-making toward a socially responsible approach.

We emphasize a non-moralistic approach, fostering open discussions about drug experiences while promoting risk reduction practices and safeguarding mental health.

We’ve been on the ground since 2006, offering psycare and integration at Boom Festival, where we also provide drug-checking services, harm reduction materials and information. In 2019, we established a drop-in center in Lisbon, offering free drug checking, psychological support and harm reduction sessions.

Kosmicare operates a charitable project fiscally sponsored by Zendo Project, Inc., a Section 501(c)(3) public charity (federal tax ID: 88-3852704). In accordance with federal tax requirements, Zendo Project, Inc. exercises discretion and control over all project funds.

We provide menstrual products to those experiencing homelessness and low-income disparity. 

No one should have to worry about accessing menstrual products when they are needed.  Helping Women Period provides menstrual products (mostly disposable pads & tampons, but sustainable products when available) to those who need them; we also offer menstrual health workshops, advocacy (let's eliminate period stigma!), and peace of mind.   Since we work with a local janitorial supplier, we can provide one person's menstrual needs for an entire year for only $35.

Justice Nest vision is to Advance a fair, family-centric and accessible justice system in Kenya.

Justice Nest is a newly registered charity (MARCH 2024). The founder is an experienced Kenyan advocate who has worked in the non-profit for over 17 years focusing on child rights, women's right, human rights and access to Justice. While working in the system, she witnessed the effect of the justice system on families and has decided to step in to prevent further family disintegration by the justice system.

Justice Nest is a non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring access to justice for vulnerable families and individuals in Kenya. We aim to protect and restore families in contact with the justice system, focusing on women, children, and prisoners. Justice Nest is a family-centered, holistic justice non-profit organization dedicated to protecting and restoring families in contact with the justice system.  **Our mission is to transform the justice system and strengthen families by promoting policies and practices that reduce reliance on incarceration.** We provide legal education, holistic representation and advocate for community-based alternatives to prosecution through partnerships. We advocate for restorative and holistic justice, ensuring that vulnerable populations receive the support and resources they need to thrive. We envision a society where the justice system prioritizes the well-being of families, actively interrupting the cycle of family disintegration and preventing the pipeline to prison.

At Justice Nest, we recognize the complexity of the justice system and its role in perpetuating family disintegration and poverty. Our **Mother and Children Restorative justice program** aim to address the root causes that lead women and children into conflict with the law, such as poverty, trauma, and lack of familial support. By working closely with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and the judiciary, we advocate for alternatives to prosecution and provide pathways for rehabilitation and reintegration.

Our **Prison paralegal program** seeks to bridge the justice gap.  Access to legal representation is a fundamental right, yet many prisoners in Kenya face significant barriers in obtaining adequate legal assistance. 90% of those in prison do not have access to legal services. To put it in perspective, with a prison population of over 55,000, about 50,000 of those barely have hope that they will leave the system. This problem is multifaceted and involves issues of availability, affordability, and systemic inefficiencies. There is no office of public defenders in Kenya to meet the demand at the state level. A majority of lawyers are based in urban areas, making it difficult for prisoners in rural regions to access legal help. "*The ratio of lawyers to the population in Kenya is alarmingly low, especially in rural areas where legal services are almost non-existent.*" - Law Society of Kenya

Founded in 2010, Dandelion Africa is a non-profit grass-roots organisation located in the Kenyan Rift Valley that seeks to improve the health and economic livelihoods of women and youth in marginalized areas. The organisation's vision is to contribute to opportunities for rural marginalized women, girls and youth to improve their health, economy and education through creating safe spaces for them to receive information and services that will improve their lives and alleviate poverty.  Dandelion Africa's governance structure consists of two boards: an advisory board that provides strategic direction and oversight, and a community board that directly represents the communities for which the organisation works. The community board, that comprise of youth, village elders, heads of schools and those living with HIV and disability, keeps the organisation grounded and responsive to the needs and priorities of the community. The day-to-day operations are managed by a secretariat that is headed by the Founder and Executive Director, Aszed Wendo.  Dandelion Africa's programmes are centered on four main principles, namely human rights, empowerment, knowledge and transparency.  Currently, Dandelion Africa runs four programs outlined below: - Women's Empowerment - Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) - Girls for Leaders, Boys for Change - Right(s) Way Forward, a community-based governance program that aims at empowering communities to access their rights to public resources and services.  Dandelion Africa works through a community approach. We are currently working on the Girls for leaders, Boys for Change program, Women Empowerment program, Water Management, Health program, and Rights Way Forward Model.

Target beneficiaries:
Our target beneficiaries are the youthful leaders of micro and small businesses from disadvantaged backgrounds in Uganda, including those from low-income families, teenage mothers, and youth in refugee camps and rehabilitation programs. These young entrepreneurs, aged 15 to 35, are passionate about turning their ideas into thriving enterprises that improve their lives and those of their communities.

Programs: 
Kyusa provides comprehensive support to entrepreneurs and businesses through three interlocking programs:

Our programs are centered around three core offerings: Financing, Training & Coaching, and Business Consulting & Research.

Our financing programs are designed to help in-crisis micro and small businesses owned by youth entrepreneurs in low-income communities. We provide access to funding and resources to help these businesses increase their production capacity and achieve sustainable growth.

Our training & coaching program is tailored to the needs of each cohort, with sessions running for 6 to 12 weeks. Cohorts are divided into business and social entrepreneurs, with a hybrid format that includes in-person and virtual sessions. We have also launched an online platform offering self-paced courses to a wider audience.

Business consulting is aimed at growing and medium-sized enterprises, providing personalized business training and coaching in exchange for full consulting fees. This is a part of our earned revenue model, designed to ensure that our services are accessible and impactful.

Program outcomes:
Kyusa's impact has been far-reaching and transformative for the youth and women-led businesses we serve. Over the years, we have provided crucial capacity-building support to over 5,000 young entrepreneurs, who now run a collective 1,800 micro and small enterprises (MSEs), providing vital livelihoods for 3,600 individuals.

Our efforts to foster social entrepreneurship have also yielded remarkable results, with 95 social enterprises established to tackle pressing challenges and serving over 2,500 secondary beneficiaries.

Kyusa's innovative programs and initiatives have created opportunities for growth and expansion. Our business study trips, for instance, have provided exposure and networks that have enabled alumni to engage in cross-border trading, while our micro-grant program has supported 125 vendor businesses to recover from the economic fallout of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Women of Color Unite (WOCU) is a social action non-profit organization focusing on fair access, fair treatment and fair pay for women of color in all aspects of the entertainment and media industries.  This organization works towards these goals by creating self-sustaining long-term programs for:  Facilitating fair hiring practices; Fostering a more inclusive and diverse workplace environment; Promoting access for excluded content creators; Expanding audiences represented by those excluded content creators; Raise funds for WOCU to produce their own content; Hold events, seminars, workshops, panels and summits to get more women of color hired, fund their projects and distribute their content; Work with additional organizations to develop analytics of under-represented marginalized groups to better identify their needs; and, Help companies incubate talent and integrate them into their work force.
