Spirit Origin Coffee: Empower Honduran Youth

Through this program, we fund and operate a state-of-the-art coffee training center that provides free education and career pathways for Honduran youth and women across the entire coffee value chain, from farm to cup.

Participants receive hands-on training in:

• Barista skills
• Coffee roasting
• Quality control (cupping & grading)
• Post-harvest processing
• Coffee shop operations & entrepreneurship

This initiative is built on a simple belief: the most sustainable way to reduce poverty and migration is to create high-quality jobs at origin.

Unlike traditional aid models, this program is directly integrated into a real operating business. Spirit Origin Coffee provides infrastructure, mentorship, and employment pathways, ensuring that graduates can immediately transition into jobs within the specialty coffee industry.
