Founder Mental Health Pledge

On 10th of May, I’ll set off on a solo 1,400+ km ride from our fundcraft HQ in Luxembourg to our hub in Girona. 10 days. 3 countries. No shortcuts. This isn’t just a physical challenge. It’s a chance to disconnect, reflect, and raise funds for a cause that too often stays in the dark: founder mental health. Nearly half of startup founders report struggling with burnout, anxiety or depression. Too many carry the weight silently. This ride is a way to start that conversation—and contribute to the Founder Mental Health Pledge , a platform that helps fund the support systems entrepreneurs around the world need to keep going. Over the past five years, building fundcraft alongside Olga Porro, Victor Martin Garcia, and the rest of the fundcraft team has been the most rewarding and demanding journey of my life. It’s a constant reminder that behind every company, there are real people carrying real weight. At fundcraft, we exist to help alternative fund managers back founders better—with more speed, more precision, and less friction. But entrepreneurship doesn’t just need operational and financial infrastructure. It needs emotional infrastructure too. Resilience is just as critical to the journey.
