On a national scale, inclusive housing needs for person with autism are rising. A growing number of persons handicapped or with autism wish to choose their accommodation and whom to share it with. They are expressing a need of help, support and housing-related services, in a safe and adapted environment that guarantees both social inclusion and autonomy while staying at home. In order to satisfy this growing need, various offers of assisted accommodation are expanding in France, within the scope of partnerships involving social housing landlords, local authorities, charities, and also healthcare and social facilities. These options of accommodation help widen the range of choices offered to people losing their autonomy due to old age or handicap and who wish to live at home in the city. It is in this framework that we wish triplicate the innovative, efficient and sustainable answer that is in action since 2017. The project's first aim is to create on a site in a city adjacent to Paris-France a group of houses fostering social cohesion and the inhabitants' safety and autonomy, while guaranteeing care and support to those who need it, in a friendly, peaceful and benevolent atmosphere . This project is part of an assisted housing dynamic in addition to already existing housing and health and social schemes.
