After the killing of George Floyd, Delinia Parrish and her porch became the de facto distribution site for donations and giveaways in her low-income neighborhood in Saint Paul.  Then she formalized what she is doing by establishing a non profit: "Feeding the Dream." She has a vision of food justice and core to her mission is to ensure others' dignity.  She regularly organizes free farmer’s markets and holiday meal give-aways.
