Nx 1.0 development funding

We are now entering the final stretch toward Nx 1.0, focusing on stabilization, polishing APIs, and ensuring the surrounding ecosystem is ready. Paulo has also submitted a talk about Nx to ElixirConf US in Chicago, on which we hope Nx 1.0 will be presented.
