Thousands of older people in the North West Region of Cameroon have lost their livelihoods to conflict, displacement and poverty. Many now endure arthritis, chronic pain, hunger and isolation without access to healthcare, nutritious food or family support. They deserve to age with dignity—not in suffering. The Enterprise Development & Governance Facility (EDGF), fiscally hosted by Myriad USA Inc. (USA) and the Maecenata Foundation (Germany), is restoring hope through medical care(financial assistance) for, mobility support, nutrition, livelihood opportunities, psychosocial care and community-based assistance for vulnerable older persons.
