Horse Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit created to Premarin mares and foals from slaughter. Dreamchaser relies on donations, grants and fundraising to rescue and support these wonderful animals and to provide community outreach programs.
Our volunteers are dedicated to rescuing Premarin (PMU) horses and foals that have been discarded by the drug industry and are headed for slaughter. Additionally, we rescue horses and other farm animals that have been abused and abandoned and horses being sent to slaughter for human consumption. We work to educate the public about good horsemanship and the value these animals bring to our lives. To aid in this, our rescued animals are used in living classrooms for children, especially the at-risk and underprivileged.
