That’s where the Dope Digital Fellowship Program comes in.

The Dope Digital Fellowship Program is an innovative 8-week initiative that connects students seeking work experience with underserved nonprofits in need of technical support. Through our program, students are paid to help nonprofits by providing hands-on technical assistance, such as website design, cybersecurity improvements, and digital marketing. They equip nonprofits with the technology and policies they need to strengthen their operations and safeguard their data from potential cyber threats.

For students, the program offers 1-on-1 mentoring, skill-based learning, and access to technical scholarships—helping them gain real-world experience while making a tangible difference in the community. At the end of the program, they walk away with a letter of recommendation and a wealth of new skills, ready to enter the workforce.
