As Mark says, seems like win-win: vaccinations for children, payments for low-income parents. And it's a GiveWell top charity. 

Today, I learned that childhood vaccines, which I was fortunate to get when I was little, could prevent up 2-3 million deaths per year. I love that New Incentives gives conditional cash transfers to people in need in Nigeria when their new babies are vaccinated. I truly hope that more people will be incentivized to get their newborns vaccinated!
