Mabel, an inspiring entrepreneur from Sol de Las Praderas in Monte Patria- Chile, started her business six years ago, initially focusing on nuts, jams, and chocolates. She has since specialized in goat cheese, leveraging the natural and organic products from her own harvest. Despite her success, high costs and logistical challenges due to her remote location hinder her ability to grow.

Mabel not only supports her community by purchasing from local producers and employing a fellow woman but also dreams of reducing costs and enhancing product value by creating her own labels. This will enable her to further help other local entrepreneurs facing similar challenges.
