This event is a Black community ecosystem in action; a space where we fill gaps, share resources, celebrate our excellence, and build the safety net our neighborhoods deserve. In a time when our community too often feels unseen, unprotected, or pushed to the margins, we're creating something different. We're creating a space where Black lives are not only safe but celebrated. Where our voices lead. Where our businesses thrive. Where our children laugh and learn. Where we depend on one another and show up for each other, for us and by us.

Here's what's waiting for you:

Build Your Own Blessing Bag Station: Take home what you need: Non-perishable food, hygiene items, cleaning supplies, snacks, and personal care essentials. De-Stigmatize being in need while retaining autonomy and agency

Health & Wellness Resources:
Black maternal health info, vision screening signups, insurance education, and wellness connections.

Literacy & Book Giveaways: children's books and school supplies for the young minds we're raising.

 Civic Engagement:
Voter information, know-your-rights resources, and organizations fighting for our voices at the ballot box.

 Kids Corner:
Bouncy house, face painting, lawn games, and bubbles !

Music, Food, & Black-Owned Vendors: Support Black businesses, Black led orgs, and experience the flavors and sounds of our culture.

Youth Golf Mini-Clinics –
Semi-pro and PGA-certified golf coaches introducing our youth to a sport that opens doors to networking, scholarships, and career longevity. We're reclaiming the green.

 Golf Tournament:
Starting at 2 PM, with flights for all skill levels, prizes, and an optional skin pot.

We are building the world we deserve; one where we resource each other, protect each other, and pour into the next generation without waiting for permission. This is about creating a sustainable, loving, for-us-by-us ecosystem that lifts everyone.

Bring your family. Bring your neighbors. Let's make this Juneteenth a living, breathing declaration that Black Fort Wayne is here, we are resourced, and we are unstoppable.

Let's reclaim the green together.
