Did you know cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death for dialysis patients. I ended up spending four and a half years on dialysis. I noticed how many people threw away recipes everytime they were handed to them..  Through demonstrations, competitions and classes we will be giving patients and caretakers an opportunity to learn and try different recipes that are dialysis friendly.  Delighting, enriching and enticing people to change their diets for the better. Lowering the number of people dieing from heart failure and cardiovascular disease.
