Children Skills and Talents Empowerment Platform (CSTEP), is a nonprofit organization, a platform designed to help kids identify and develop their skills and talents for better chance of success in live. At CSTEP, we believe that all kids, especially from unprivileged families, should be given opportunity to empower their skills, talents and creativity at early age. Also, many kids have talents but they don’t have access to platforms where they can develop and improve their talents and skills. We are a public charity under IRC code 501 (c) (3) tax exempt organization and our tax ID is 86-1852860.
What is our impact?
CSTEP is a competition and inspiration platform where children non only inspire one another but also inspire themselves with their own creativity!!!
Every year, we organize skills and talents competitions and festivals, and all the participants from age 7 to 17 are required to present a project (s) they have worked on. They can present project in different categories such as STEM projects, Music, Dance, Reading, Writing (poems, books) and Sports or Athletic performances. We encourage participants to develop and present projects with topics of different problems the world is facing today such as Climate Change Solutions, Emerging Technologies and Impacts, Renewable Energy and Impacts, Environmental Protection and Health, Public Health, COVID-19, Disease Outbreak prevention, Education, Community Development and Sustainability etc.
Through those competitions, we identify and select the best projects, nurture, praise, encourage the winners and support them with awards, grants, scholarships, and opportunities to improve their talents. We also coach talented kids in different categories to improve and get on national and international platforms or stages.
We are preparing the future Noble Prize winners in different categories who will make the world a better place to leave.
What do we need from you?
We really need your help to offer these great opportunities to over 200 kids from different parts of the world who signed up to participate in CSTEP 2021 talents competition. Without your help we cannot do it. Donations can be in money or materials such as electronic devices or appliances, computers, toys etc. For instance, you like “Artworks”, you decide to sponsor the award package for the CSTEP 2021 winner in Art, and the same goes for all other categories such as STEM projects, Music, Dance, Reading, Writing, (poems, books) and athletic performances. Your donation will also help for COVID-19 prevention and management strategies we will have in place during the events.
