MOSAICS Charitable Organisation - Strengthening Families and Communities

At the heart of our social impact stands MOSAICS, the charitable organisation created by Mozaika Group to amplify our mission and extend support beyond the classroom.

MOSAICS exists to strengthen families, raise awareness about autism and neurodiversity, and build resilient communities around inclusive education.

Through MOSAICS, we plan to organise autism awareness campaigns, community events, public lectures, and educational forums that reduce stigma and promote understanding. We have already established parent support groups where families can share experiences, receive psychological guidance, and feel less alone in their journey.

The organisation was created to raise funds to provide therapy access for vulnerable families, sponsor rehabilitation programs, support children in crisis situations, and develop inclusive resources for schools and communities. MOSAICS also acts as a bridge between donors, partners, and Mozaika schools, ensuring that charitable resources directly benefit families, teachers, and children who need them most. It allows our educational network to scale its social mission ethically and sustainably while keeping families at the centre of every initiative. Children are also deeply affected by war, both those who remain in Ukraine and those who were forced to migrate abroad. We work directly with these experiences, helping children process trauma, rebuild emotional safety, and regain a sense of stability through therapeutic education, psychological support, and family centred programs.

Our story began in Ukraine with a small school created as a space of acceptance, warmth, and trust. A place where children of different abilities could learn together, feel safe, and be treated with dignity and care. Over time, this idea grew into Mozaika Group, an international network of schools, social initiatives, and development projects united by one mission to promote inclusion, recovery, and human connection.Today, Mozaika Group operates in four countries including Ukraine, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Kazakhstan. We are preparing to open new schools in the United States and Saudi Arabia and to expand w ith new branches in the western part of Ukraine so that inclusive education and recovery programs can reach even more families.

Educational Mission

Our schools are more than places of learning. They are spaces of growth and emotional safety where every child can be themselves. We mainly work with children with special educational needs. Education in Mozaika schools is built on inclusion, trust, and partnership between teachers, parents, and children. Our programs combine academic learning with social and emotional development, creative expression, music therapy, speech therapy, adaptive physical education, and individualised support. We believe that a child reveals their potential only in an environment where they feel seen, heard, and accepted.

Digital Innovation - Klap Klap App

Building on our educational experience, we created Klap Klap, an innovative international application for development, learning, and social adaptation for children with special educational needs.

Klap Klap integrates interactive games, visual scenarios, language and attention exercises, and tools for emotional and social skills development.

It helps parents, teachers, and therapists work together, track progress, and select individual approaches that match each child’s rhythm of learning.

We are preparing the global launch of the app with a multilingual interface adapted to different cultures and education systems. Klap Klap will support not only children with special educational needs but also families navigating emotional and social adaptation.

Supporting Veterans and Military Recovery

Since the start of the full scale war in Ukraine, our work has taken on a new dimension. Supporting military personnel, veterans, and their families has become one of our key priorities.

We launched a series of Post Stress Recovery programs designed to help veterans reintegrate into peaceful life. These include psychological decompression, art therapy, body oriented practices, breathing techniques, and social adaptation sessions. Our team of military psychologists, therapists, educators, and rehabilitation specialists works with trauma, emotional exhaustion, anxiety, and loss of meaning, helping people regain balance and reconnect with life. After school hours, our facilities open to host rehabilitation and recovery programs for veterans and their families. These calm and safe spaces allow for group therapy, art, music, and conversation, supporting the journey from isolation to community. We also train teachers and parents to support children from military families, helping restore family bonds and emotional stability after the trauma of war.

International Cooperation

Mozaika Group actively develops partnerships with educational, rehabilitation, and social organisations worldwide. Our experts share experience in inclusive education and Post Stress Recovery through workshops, training programs, and consultations for professionals across countries. Through collaboration with international foundations, volunteer groups, and public institutions, we unite education, therapy, and community development into one ecosystem of care.

Vision for the Future

We see Mozaika Group as a global ecosystem of education, recovery, and innovation that combines schools, digital tools, charitable action, and professional expertise to restore hope and dignity.

In the coming years, we plan to

• open new schools in Saudi Arabia and the United States

• expand access to inclusive education in Western Ukraine

• launch international Post Stress Recovery training programs

• grow MOSAICS as a global charitable platform for family support

• release the worldwide version of the Klap Klap app
