The Brooks Institute for Animal Rights Law and Policy, Inc. is a US-based national independent think tank pursuing a paradigm shift in human responsibility towards, and value of, nonhuman animals by advancing animal law, animal policy, and related interdisciplinary studies.
Perspectives:
Independence: The uniqueness of the Brooks Institute is its independence and capabilities to create new intelligence and collaborations.
Rights: For us, rights mean there is an obligation that animals’ well-being (whether species, group wide, or individually) should be considered morally, legally, and ethically.
Innovation: Failure, for us, is not trying something new and innovative.
