Celebrate Giving Tuesday with BHS Jazz — New Ways to Give!

This Giving Tuesday, we’re celebrating growth — not only in the talent and creativity of our 138 young jazz musicians, but in the ways our community can come together to support them.

Every day, across five vibrant bands, students dive into big band charts, salsa grooves, music theory, and jazz history. They challenge themselves, lift each other up, and discover what it means to create something greater together.

We’re also excited to share that this year, BHS Jazz has expanded our giving options to make it easier than ever to support our program in the way that works best for you. You can now donate through Donor Advised Funds (DAFs), stock, or cryptocurrency — securely and fee-free via our new partner, Every.org.

These expanded options not only help us grow, but also give you more flexibility and potential tax advantages:

• You can deduct the fair market value of appreciated stock or crypto,
• Avoid paying capital gains tax on the appreciated amount, and
• Ensure that BHS Jazz receives the full donation value.
