The recent Cambodian economic slowdown has led to increasing numbers of people suffering from hunger, particularly in high-risk households. The support often provided to the ill, injured and aged by family and community has dwindled.
Nonprofit organizations like Bareebo play a critical role in distributing food and other support to the most vulnerable. We can provide a family of five with a two-month supply of rice, the mainstay food, for $80. This helps keep hunger at bay and is a reprieve for those able to work so they can find reliable employment.
Bareebo has been operating in Cambodia since 2010. We know the communities firsthand and deliver food directly to the neediest families. Please help us meet the increased needs of these communities.
