Baltimore Youth Arts (BYA) is a community-based arts and workforce development program for youth ages 14–25, with a special focus on those impacted by the juvenile justice system. Through paid creative job training, mentorship, and educational programming, BYA empowers young people to express themselves, build leadership skills, and prepare for adulthood and employment.

This organization is close to my heart because it creates a space for young people to succeed, especially when the world too often sets them up to fail. Since becoming a resident of this community, I’ve been a proud recurring donor, and I’m committed to supporting BYA's vital work for the long term.
