BYA End of Year Campaign

At Baltimore Youth Arts (BYA), young people get paid to create, learn, and explore their interests through art.

For ten years, we've partnered with youth across Baltimore and inside the juvenile justice system, offering art-based job training, mentorship, and real-world work experience. While earning wages, young people build the transferable skills that shape their futures: communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership.
