Support urban and rural art exchange in California

ArtemisSF is an artist-run organization with over ten years of experience producing interdisciplinary, community-centered arts programming in San Francisco, Palo Alto and online. Our work focuses on “ekphrastic” exchange, integrating visual art (see), poetry(hear ) and food(taste) to create accessible, multi-sensory ekphrastic experiences.

We are transitioning to a dual-site model in San Francisco and Comptche, CA. By combining an urban apartment gallery with a rural residency on a permaculture farm, ArtemisSF expands access to creative space and connects communities across cultural and environmental contexts.
