RISE — Leadership Beyond Inclusion
Invest in the next generation of women leaders with disabilities.
Around the world, women with disabilities remain among the most excluded from leadership, political participation, economic decision-making and philanthropy.
For decades, they have been funded as beneficiaries of protection, services and inclusion.
Rarely as leaders capable of shaping policies, institutions and the future.
Why AHADI
AHADI was created to change this.
Through the AHADI Leadership programme, we identify, train and connect women with disabilities to become influential leaders in public life, business, civil society and international institutions.
Because lasting change does not happen when women are merely included. It happens when they lead.
Proven Impact
AHADI Leadership is no longer an idea.
It has already brought together women leaders from across Africa and Europe, creating a growing international community committed to transforming leadership from within.
Our pilot programme demonstrated both the demand for this initiative and its transformative impact, with outstanding participant feedback and an independent evaluation confirming its relevance.
Today, the challenge is no longer to prove that the programme works.
The challenge is to give it the resources to grow.
Why Now
The need has been demonstrated.
The women are ready.
The momentum is here.
What is still missing is investment.
Every donation helps build the leadership infrastructure that has never truly existed for women with disabilities.
