Our family was impacted by epilepsy in 2021 when our daughter had her first clonic tonic seizure lasting 60+ seconds while we were in the car. Our lives have been transformed by this and now through trying many different medications over the years, have managed to make it one year since having a clonic-tonic. We are now taking 15+ pills a day to manage this disease. I hope that through better research, the right meds can be identified sooner, are easy to source, and can be made to be easier to swallow.
