In Texas, young children aged 9, 10, 11 who don't yet understand what sex and abuse is are forced pregnancy and childbirth after being raped. Women sitting in ER in the midst of miscarriages are being denied treatment for sepsis because their fetuses's heart's haven't stopped. People who were not equipped to raise a child will have to suffer for the rest of their lives.
