I found out I was going to be circumcised only five minutes before the surgery – I thought the doctor was going to perform a plastic surgery. He lied to me, saying that at the age of 25 there are no other procedures available for phimosis. I only learned the truth the next day and I was very angry. Now (5 months later), any sexual activity brings me tremendous frustration – it’s like being hungry but only being allowed to eat jelly. It may seem like a small thing, but it has caused me serious psychological problems, especially since I haven’t had a partner yet.
