Going in and teaching Nonviolent Communication with Oregon Prison Project has been one of the most meaningful endeavors of my life. Countless times I've heard one of our incarcerated participants say: "After learning NVC, for the first time I understand what could have kept me from coming in here, and when/if I get out, what will keep me from going back in!"
