**The Beautiful World Project** is created in honor of Ziba — a resilient, beloved dog whose cancer journey has revealed not only the strength of the human-animal bond, but also the extraordinary difference access to care can make for pets and people.

Her story has illuminated both the possibilities of veterinary medicine and the painful truth that many families, despite immense love, are unable to afford those same options. Ziba’s experience has shown that access to care is multi-dimensional: it’s not only about the cost of treatment, but also transportation, time, community support, and the ability to navigate complex systems.

Every pet parent wants to feel that they did everything they can for their beloved companion. Yet far too often, financial and logistical barriers stand in the way.

**The Beautiful World Project** exists to change that, ensuring more families have the care, comfort, and hope they deserve. 

This fund will provide support and financial assistance to families facing difficult decisions for their pets. It helps ensure that more pets receive the care they need — and more people get to hold onto the irreplaceable companionship that makes this world feel beautiful. We hope this fund brings renewed hope and more moments worth celebrating.

**The Story in Our Name:**
The name *Beautiful World* is inspired by the bond between Ziba and her mom, Sheila Donya.
In Persian, **Ziba** means *beautiful* — and **Donya** means *world.*
Together, they are a Beautiful World.
This fund honors their story by helping others see the beauty, hope, and community around them.
