I have lost many friends and family members to suicide, mental illness and addiction. One being my uncles suicide, which he did while coming to live with my daughter and I. He suffered with a mental illness that I too have been diagnosed with! If everyone just cared a little more about one another than I believe fewer people would think suicide is an option and hopefully no one will have to deal with the harsh reality I faced that day my uncle felt like he had no other option!! đź–¤
