Leaf411’s mission is to provide education and directional support to the public about the safe and effective use of cannabis. LEAF411 is committed to expanding healthcare equity by ensuring consumers have free or low-cost access to evidence-based information.

LEAF411 serves as an unbiased source for information from licensed professional nurses with specific training on cannabis and how it can impact specific conditions and symptoms. We help consumers and patients make well-informed decisions about integrating cannabis and hemp CBD into their healthcare regimen.

Consumers with a quick cannabis question can call the free Leaf411 hotline at 844-LEAF411 (844-532-3411) to speak with a nurse and have their questions answered. Consumers who have multiple questions or would like more in-depth information can schedule a low-cost guidance session with a licensed cannabis nurse.

LEAF411 was built on the belief that affordability and accessibility to professional medical advice should never be barriers to using cannabis safely and effectively.
