The Constitution only works if everyone in the country can equally access and enjoy the protection it provides. Yet, a particularly glaring hole in equal access remains - largely in minority, marginalized, and immigrant communities, who are disproportionately denied their 2nd Amendment rights even though they are also the population that can count on authorities the least in providing protection. While the Wayne LaPierre is spending membership dues on yacht trips and private jets, the SAF is going to court, and winning. It's a thankless field of law, but Constitutional principles are so often discarded by so many who used to pay lip service, it says a lot when an organization is fighting for equal access on principle, no matter which party is in office.
