The Brama Cukermana Foundation preserves Jewish heritage and Holocaust history through education and community engagement.

The Brama Cukermana Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Będzin, Poland, dedicated to preserving Jewish heritage, documenting Holocaust history, and inspiring future generations through education, research, and remembrance. Since 2009, we have restored historic Jewish sites, developed educational programs, supported descendants in reconnecting with their family history, and welcomed thousands of visitors from around the world. **Today, our flagship project is the preservation and development of the Będzin Ghetto Fighters’ House—one of the most important surviving sites of Jewish resistance in Nazi-occupied Poland.** Through exhibitions, research, archaeological discoveries, and educational initiatives, we preserve the stories of courage, resilience, and human dignity, ensuring they continue to inspire dialogue, empathy, and civic responsibility for generations to come.
