PAWS Rescue, Inc. helps the at-risk cats and dogs of Southern Idaho by providing safe shelter, medical care and spay/neuter.  

We are seeing a tremendous increase in requests to surrender pets in the Southern Idaho, the highest we have seen since we founded PAWS in 2013.   Families are struggling with finances and are looking for a safe place to re-home their pets. We are a no-kill facility, we keep the pets in foster homes where we provide food and medical care.  Medical care includes spay/neuter and vaccinations.  We vet potential adopters very carefully to ensure the beloved pet is re-homed to a safe place.  For families no longer able to afford and faced with re-homing their beloved pet, the comfort of knowing their pets will be safe and cared for is immeasurable.  We also take in pets that have been abandoned or face euthanasia, and provide the same loving care we do for pets that have been surrendered. PAWS Rescue, Inc. strives to help all animals, including those in need of medical care with no other alternative for a live outcome.
