PHAN creates tools and resources for folks with long COVID, and we advocate for clean air and prevention of airborne diseases. 

Our mission is to safeguard public health by improving air quality, promoting evidence-based Long COVID and COVID-19 prevention strategies, and empowering communities through education, advocacy, utilization of existing tools, and developing new tools and technologies using emerging technology and methods. We strive to reduce the impact of airborne pollutants and infectious diseases by advocating for the widespread adoption of HEPA and MERV filtration systems, supporting mask usage, disseminating reliable information about the long-term harm caused by COVID-19 and the effectiveness of clean air, and introducing collaborative and in-house developed tools using emerging technology.
