For over 68 years, the Ramon Magsaysay Award has celebrated "Greatness of Spirit" in Asia's most transformative leaders.

Today, our mission must evolve. To meet the challenges of the 21st century, the Ramon Magsaysay Award Foundation is embarking on its most ambitious chapter yet: establishing the **Ramon Magsaysay Transformative Leadership Institute (RMTLI)**.

Our goal is to amplify the work and values of our Magsaysay Laureates to inspire, educate, and empower the next generation of leaders.

1. Inspiring the Next Generation of Leaders

We are strengthening and creating new, dynamic engagement programs that bring the wisdom and experience of our Magsaysay Laureates directly to emerging leaders, students, and social advocates across Asia and the world. Your gift supports mentorships, workshops, and forums that translate the Laureates' values into action.

2. Building the Laureate Library and Museum

We are creating a permanent home to preserve and share the inspiring stories of our Laureates. This state-of-the-art museum and library will serve as a public resource for researchers, students, and visitors from around the globe, making "Greatness of Spirit" accessible to everyone.

3. Creating a Social Development Innovation Hub

We envision a collaborative space where Laureates, development experts, NGOs, and young innovators can connect and create tangible solutions to Asia's most pressing challenges. This hub will serve as an incubator for social change, scaling the impact of our Laureates' work.

4. Modernizing the Ramon Magsaysay Center

To house these ambitious new programs, we must transform our historic headquarters in Manila. We are upgrading the Ramon Magsaysay Center into a modern, fully-equipped, and sustainable building—a fitting home for "Asia's Premier Prize" and a global center for transformative leadership.
