Urban League of Portland

The Urban League of Portland is one of Oregon’s oldest Black civil rights, service, and advocacy organizations. Founded in 1945, our mission is to empower African Americans and others to achieve equality in education, employment, health, economic security, and quality of life throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington.

We serve thousands of individuals and families each year through culturally specific programs in:
