I want to help people in need of serious medical attention but don't have the same access as some developed places across the world.

WCK provides food to those in need during natural and man-made disasters. Right now in the wake of Covid-19 they are supplying take away meals in NYC. Personally I have seen them in action in Tijuana and they are an amazing organization.
