Immigrants

I gave because I support a just, dignified, and equitable work environment for all who work in the industry. I also gave in honor of my parents who, themselves, were restaurant workers for many, many years.

Because if we don’t have empathy and humanity and we do not love thy neighbor, then we are lost.

ROC DC does some of the most powerful worker organizing in this city! We have been proud to be their comrades in the fight for many years and can't wait to support this new iteration of their growth!

Welcoming immigrants is a moral necessity. Out of the Mattress is going a step further, doing the hard work of integrating Americans into the social fabric and ensuring they receive all the benefits of the society we've built.
