Introducing longer periods of deep rest, rare quietude, inward attention, and caring community is a form of self-care that the world could use more of. I know I could use more, which is why I'm so glad I attended a Dharma Gates retreat after wanting to for many years. It came together quite serendipitously, too.  Now I am able to take more restful self-care, thanks to DG. Not to mention their amazing, wonderful staff :) I wish you all (and all of us) great flourishing together.

We exist to receive and house donations offered freely by those who share our resolve to make deep meditation practice accessible to our sangha. Donations are used to secure lodging, food, and other necessary conditions for meditation retreats in the Americas. In this way, we seek to offer the gift of dhamma to all those with the volition to practice, irrespective of financial contribution, so that students can honor the teachings in the proper way - through sincere practice.
