Amaranta Civil Association creates a home for orphans and for abandoned, ill-treated & abused children from 0 to 4 years of age. 

Vision: To contribute to social transformation based on the respect for human dignity, grounded on work on oneself, with others and for others.



Mission: In our Home, Casa Amaranta, we take in children from 0 to 4 years of age whose rights are under conditions of extreme vulnerability. Our work is based on the respect for the individual being who dwells in each girl and boy, and their bond to an adult who will be their main referent, within an environment especially prepared for the developmentof their free self-directed movement. Our program to empower the children´s families emphasizes adult people´s work on themselves, and their apacity to transform their attitude towards a child. We offer spaces for reunion, reflection and training, in order to build a new paradigm on children´s respected care.
