Seniors West of the Tetons provides health, nutrition and social connections for seniors in Teton Valley Idaho and Wyoming.

Based in Driggs, Idaho, SWOT, as it is sometimes referred to, delivers meals to home-bound senior citizens, normally serves meals each week day and provides fitness, balance, yoga and Tai Chi classes as well as bridge, games and other activities.
