The year-long program, now in its third year, is a platform for young Jewish leaders to exchange their experiences, improve leadership skills, and introduce new approaches to their work as educators. Yerusha draws upon Jewish tradition to cultivate education, community, and leadership within the Polish Jewish community. It is funded by Dutch Jewish Humanitarian Fund and generous individual donors .
