In the past month, we have experienced unprecedented solidarity and unity in the face of the Russian aggression on Ukraine. Individuals and organizations alike have worked together to mitigate the horrific humanitarian crisis caused by the invasion. It is almost impossible to find the right words, in any language, to thank you for your extraordinarily generous donations to aid Ukrainian refugees. With your help, we organized deliveries of food and personal hygiene products to a large refugee center located in Nadarzyn, a small town in the vicinity of Warsaw. The local exhibition center currently hosts about 10,000 Ukrainians, mainly mothers with children and the elderly, who are in great need of our support. As many of them escaped the war with what they had at their fingertips, they now require basic everyday products, clothes and food supplies. So far, almost $1000 worth of aid has been provided and, in the future, we aim to organize such deliveries more often and on a larger scale, mostly thanks to your generous donations. Our entire team has worked tirelessly to provide support, but we'd especially like to thank Jakub Łysiak, Paweł Łukaszewicz, and Kaja Siczek, who all go above and beyond in providing both material and emotional support to the displaced families. We continue to assess the acute and interim needs of the refugees in order to provide immediate and ongoing support. At the same time, it is clear that we need to plan for the longer term.
