Our mission is to empower the next generation of creative industry leaders from underrepresented and disenfranchised backgrounds.

The CFC Foundation is an LA based 501c3 non-profit organization, fiscally sponsored by the Edward Charles Foundation. We run award winning mentorship and workforce development programs that create career pathways into the creative industries.

Our programs are designed to provide knowledge, opportunity and support to creatives that haven’t traditionally had access to the creative industries.

We do this by providing our Fellows:

- Education via workforce development & mentorship programs
- Access to a 1,000+ Mentor network
- Access to a 3,000+ global Alumni community 
- Connections to paid career opportunities 
- Ongoing professional development support
- Invites to mixers & workshops
