We provide a life-changing experience by way of Jesus’ love. We enjoy serving everybody that we interact with, regardless of what their gender, disability, age, color, race, or religion is.

CPL (CHANGING PEOPLE’S LIVES) International Ministries is a unique project that was conceived in 1970. CPL was officially registered and established with Southern California’s state and federal authorities during the fall of 2003.

The highly esteemed CPL organization is respected and appreciated by various governmental authorities in Vietnam, Laos, Cuba, China, North Korea, and other communist countries. Further, it is also held in high regard by authorities in Venezuela – a socialist country.

One of the main principles of this faith-based ministry is to not get involved in the political arena of any of those nations where we have the privilege to serve.
