We Provide Financial Assistance To Vetted Organizations Addressing Humanitarian Needs In Ukraine

The occupant military continues to target the Ukrainian civilian population and infrastructure with its bombs, drones, and missiles. Many times this results in the loss of electrical power within the cities, towns, and villages. During the winter with its typical sub-freezing weather and the dark of night, many Ukrainian families are left without light, heat, power for basic appliances, and power to recharge radios, mobile phones, and tablets which are desperately needed to maintain communications with family, friends, and emergency management. 

The mission of this fundraiser is to obtain funding to procure and deliver acceptable portable electrical power generators to Ukrainians to provide the urgently needed electrical power. The amount of the raise will determine the actual generation capability of the donated electrical power generators. Our initial focus is on family-sized portable generators. As more funds become available, larger generators can be procured to power buildings, aid stations/hospitals, schools, and other needs.

We are working with Angels For Ukraine to ensure the best allocation and distribution of these much needed generators.

We invite Ukrainian and international communities to help Ukraine in these difficult times. You can help through the "Breathe" Charity Fund. "Breathe" Charity Fund was originally established to support hospitals (to help COVID-19) by the partners of Sayenko Kharenko, one of the leading Ukrainian full-service law firms, and their fellow Ukrainian businessmen.    Currently, given the situation in Ukraine, the Fund is transferring all charitable donations and humanitarian aid to support the civilian population of Ukraine, including Ukrainian hospitals that lack essentials: food, medicine, and equipment. The Fund's volunteers are Sayenko Kharenko's employees, so we control the whole process from purchase to delivery to hospitals. A RELIABLE LOCAL EXECUTION PARTNER At Charity Fund "Breathe" we control every step of humanitarian emergency responses as the resource and supply logistics is handled by Sayenko Kharenko's lawyers and other staff who work as volunteers of the Fund. A TRUSTED LEGAL ADVISOR The capacity of Sayenko Kharenko law firm, our "umbrella" company, with its more than 100 best trained lawyers, allows us advise on all legal issues related to providing humanitarian aid. CHARITY ORGANIZATION "KIND HEARTS FOR UKRAINE CHARITY FUND" was created in the spring of 2022 as a reaction to full-scale military aggression by the Russian Federation against our state.

During more than a year since the beginning of the Russian invasion, Ukraine has undergone large-scale destruction and currently our citizens are on the verge of a humanitarian disaster.

Since April 2022 our Found has transferred more than 5.5 tons of humanitarian aid
assistance to people affected by military actions, forced migrants, children, etc.
The most necessary things in this difficult time were bought and given to people: food, medicine, warm clothes for children and adults, shoes, personal hygiene items, bed linen, sanitary and pharmaceuticals, pet food, baby strollers, etc.

BEforUkraine is a non-profit with the mission to help the people of Ukraine in the most effective way.

BEforUkraine is a citizens’ initiative to help Ukraine 

Launched in March 2022 by a group of friends and entrepreneurs appalled by the war in Ukraine. The initial mission was to bring medical & technical equipment and to help Ukrainian refugees. 

In March 2022 we facilitated the arrival in Belgium of 240 Ukrainian refugees, mainly women, and children. We identified, vetted, and matched host families for the refugees. 

As of today, we successfully purchased and transported 68 ambulances and 2 school buses to Ukraine. 

The ambulances are converted into mobile hospitals.  

We are now raising funds to buy another school bus. More than 2000 schools (incl the school buses) have been destroyed by the war. This project was founded and is led by high school students because they believe that every child deserves the right to education. We are a human rights organization enforcing the rights of refugees and asylum seekers in Greece, Germany, and throughout the EU.


Thousands of Americans vacation on the Greek islands every year—enjoying the sunny beaches, crystal clear waters, and Greek hospitality.  However, many of those islands are also home to massive prisons used to detain refugees fleeing war and persecution. Their crime? Risking their lives to seek protection in Europe. At  Equal Rights Beyond Borders   we are working to fight this injustice by providing legal representation to refugees seeking safety in Europe. We offer free legal aid to migrants in Athens, Chios, Kos and Berlin. We work to challenge unlawful asylum practices at a structural level through advocacy and litigation that is rooted in the direct experience of affected communities whose rights are violated in Europe. The direct support we provide to migrants in Greece and Germany is holistic and we accompany clients through the entire process, as well as ensure they receive wrap-around services. We work in far-flung areas, like Kos and Leros, that operate under the radar of civil society and government, and thus are places where some of the most egregious violations occur.  We need your support to continue this critical work.

Since the 24th of February, our main focus is to support Ukraine's wartime and post-war economic and social recovery. We have been building Ukraine which we dreamed of, before the full scale invasion and we are not going to stop doing it despite the invasion. Promprylad Foundation aims to realize city and region economic potential, develop local entrepreneurship and create a model for other cities. At the same time, our goal now is to promote and ensure Ukraine's economic recovery and help Internally displaced Ukrainians to integrate in new communities and find mental balance. The ecosystem created under the leadership of Promprylad is already transforming the city of Ivano-Frankivsk today. Our goal is to multiply the project in cities affected by the war. After all, we see that it is our approach of sustainability, openness, and partnership that allows us to build Ukraine of the future. Promprylad Foundation is a part of Promprylad.Renovation. A mission-driven community platform which develops sustainable solutions for Ukrainians who decided to stay in Ukraine despite the war and those who plan to return as soon as it will be possible. Being a home front for the whole country we see our role in creating the circumstances which will allow people, organizations and businesses to go on. We have started to build Ukraine of which we dreamed of before the full scale invasion in 2017, and because of the invasion our mission and role became even more crucial. The Emergency Response Fund for Ukraine is pooling contributions for three local nonprofit organizations providing food, shelter and medical assistance to vulnerable individuals across Ukraine, and to the hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians who are seeking refuge across borders. The Emergency Response Fund was launched at the initiative of QLASH partners Eugene Katchalov and Luca Pagano, in collaboration with the King Baudouin Foundation United States (KBFUS). People in Need - Ukraine www.peopleinneed.net Established in 1992 by a group of Czech war correspondents, People in Need is one of the biggest nonprofit organizations in Central Europe. Its core focus is on humanitarian assistance, based on the ideals of humanism, freedom, equality, and solidarity. Its local team is now working out of Lviv in western Ukraine, where the situation is deteriorating rapidly. They arrange for convoys of trucks loaded with humanitarian aid - food, hygiene items, diapers, sleeping bags, mats, and other goods - to assist the hundreds of thousands of internally displaced people flocking to the city and provide support to those waiting for safe crossing into the Slovak Republic.  Caritas - Ukraine www.caritas.ua With more than 30 regional organizations in 15 regions of Ukraine, Caritas Ukraine is dedicated to assisting vulnerable persons affected by traumatic events—regardless of age, sex, nationality, religious or political beliefs. Since 2014, following Russia's annexation of Crimea, Caritas Ukraine has been providing humanitarian assistance to hundreds of thousands of survivors of hostilities in Ukraine, especially vulnerable groups -children, single parents, people living with disability, and the elderly. Caritas Ukraine is currently providing food, clean water, shelter and hygiene kits across Ukraine and at Ukrainian borders. Polish Red Cross 

The Polish Red Cross is part of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. Since the beginning of the armed conflict in Ukraine, hundreds of thousands of people have crossed the Polish border – mainly women and children seeking shelter. The Polish Red Cross is providing food, shelter and medical assistance to Ukrainian refugees arriving in Poland. Volunteers and employees of the Polish Red Cross organize reception points along the Polish-Ukrainian border and are also present at railway stations in various cities across Poland.  KBFUS is a 501(c)(3) public charity. Donors may claim the maximum tax benefits allowed by U.S. tax law for their contributions.
