Wordcrafters gives writers of all levels and ages a place to come together and tell their stories. I'm so glad you exist!

Wordcrafters In Eugene is a nonprofit literary arts organization empowering writers and readers since 2013.

At Wordcrafters, **we believe in the power of stories and their ability to create community and connection.**

We work to expand access to who gets to call themselves a writer, disrupt the gatekeeping around storytelling, and advocate for and celebrate vibrantly diverse voices, especially those who've been marginalized and excluded. 

From **writing workshops and author talks to open mics and youth programs**, our events are designed to **ignite creativity, foster connection, and support writers at every stage of their journey**.
