In the past ten years we have helped hundreds of people to find greater serenity in their lives through meditation practice.

We have sponsored over 100 days of residential retreat practice.

A surprisingly large part of our impact has been among seniors, who have benefited from our gentle techniques.

Many have found our services to be supportive of longterm recovery from addiction.

Our non-sectarian approach to spiritual development has been beneficial to people both inside and outside of traditional religious communities.
