Help us launch the 2024 International Climate Action Challenge and empower everyday leaders around the world!

Scientists tell us that we need to transform our energy, food, transportation, and entire economy quickly to prevent the worst impacts of climate change. But how can regular people go from eco-anxiety to actually making a difference? We train people to #BeThe Change with our annual 90-Day International Climate Action Challenge!

Green Team Academy has a proven system that works for youth, faith communities, schools, and community groups of all ages and skill levels. We have coached nearly 200 teams from over 30 countries. Our teams of regular people like you have planted trees, started school eco-clubs, started recycling programs, changed city policies, cleaned up beaches, helped get out the vote, and so much more.  

We host an annual International Climate Action Challenge. Challengers get access to the acclaimed Climate Action Challenge book, workbook, and video course. We provide coaching and community. And we provide a structure with the inspiration and motivation to help teams get real results by launching their initiative in 90 days.
