We help the humans behind music because music gives so much to the world.

Offering preventive, emergency, and recovery programs, MusiCares is a safety net supporting the health and welfare of the music community. We safeguard the well-being of all music people through direct financial grant programs, networks of support resources, and tailored crisis relief efforts.

We focus on three key areas:

MENTAL HEALTH & ADDICTION RECOVERY SERVICES
Support, referrals, and emergency financial assistance for counseling, psychiatric care, inpatient treatment, coaching, intensive outpatient care, sober living and more. 
 
HEALTH SERVICES
Financial assistance during medical crises and preventive services such as dental and medical screenings, hearing clinics, vocal health workshops, and assistance obtaining low-cost health insurance.
 
HUMAN SERVICES
Support for basic living expenses like rent, utilities, car payments and insurance premiums in times of hardship, plus programs addressing affordable housing, career development, legal issues and senior services. 

MusiCares

Reshape America's pretrial system. 100% of online donations are used to post bail and bring people home.

Fight mass incarceration by paying bail for Americans and offering needed support. We believe that paying bail for someone in need is an act of resistance against a system that criminalizes race and poverty and an act of solidarity with local communities and movements for decarceration. Over the next five years, The Bail Project will open dozens sites in high-need jurisdictions with the goal of paying bail for tens of thousands of low-income Americans, all while collecting stories and data that prove money bail is not necessary to ensure people return to court. We won’t stop until meaningful change is achieved and the presumption of innocence is no longer for sale.

Believes clean water is a basic human right that must be met in order to help people break the cycle of poverty.

Our mission is to build wells and sanitation systems at schools throughout sub-Saharan Africa, enabling youth to fully harness the life-changing power of an education.  Our goal is to provide schools and communities with tools they need to improve child health, increase school enrollment rates, and promote gender equality.

We provide crisis response, advocacy, and intensive case management for children recovered from sex trafficking alongside law enforcement 24/7. Train frontline responders nationwide. Licensed Foster Family Agency specializing in CSEC.

Saving Innocence

We rescue dogs, cats and other types of animals suffering on the streets or neglected in the wild.

Hope For Paws is a 501c3 organization that rescues animals in the Los Angeles area and beyond in an effort to end animal neglect, homelessness and abuse. The team rescues animals, provides veterinary care, and transfers the animals to partner adoption centers. After the rescues, the team creates videos which they share on YouTube and Facebook to educate the public on the importance of companion animals in our society and inspire people to take action, support the cause, adopt animals, and help reduce euthanasia rates at shelters across the country.
